We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with a handmade item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@treasuresbythetideus.com

Because our shell pieces are handmade and may include natural variations, small differences in shape, texture, and appearance are not considered defects.

Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.

Digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.

If a physical item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
