Physical handmade items are shipped within the United States.

Standard shipping is $12.00. Express shipping is $25.00when available.

Processing times may vary because many of our shell pieces are handmade. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include processing and transit time.

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Treasures by the Tide US is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at hello@treasuresbythetideus.com with photos of the item and packaging.
